Delivery periods in metropolitan France: Your order will be shipped via the Colissimo carrier in standard shipment against signature to your address or the selected point of withdrawal (depending on the choice filled in during your order). Your package will be sent to you within 3 business days for all orders placed before 3 pm (excluding weekends and bank holidays) and within 4 business days following the confirmation of your order for orders placed after 3 pm (excluding weekends and weekends).

Your package will reach its destination within 3 to 5 business days for nearby Europe and within 3 to 7 business days for more distant destinations. Any additional costs arising from the customs rule of non-EU countries cannot be covered by LYS & DHEER. LYS & DHEER wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchases.
If the items ordered do not bring you full satisfaction, you have a 14-day return policy to return all or part of your order to get your refund.

We designed our return policy and the return procedure to be easy and efficient, thus we encourage you to read the following return conditions and procedure:

RETURN CONDITIONS WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE

• The product must not have been damaged, soiled, scratched, worn or otherwise marked. • Products must be returned complete, in their original box. • In the case of a partial return of an order, make sure to protect the product well so that it does not get damaged through the return process. • The return slip must be enclosed inside the package and correctly filled in. • Return is not possible in the eventual case of a second consecutive return. • Shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. • In the case of a gift, withdrawal may apply but the refund will be transferred to the bank account used for the purchase.

RETURN PROCEDURE

You must return the product or products in their box and original packaging, carefully protected. The return slip previously completed online and printed must be slipped into the package in order to identify the order. Ship the package with the carrier of your choice at the following address and keep the proof of your deposit :

If you do not have the option to print the return slip, you can return the items under the same conditions of return, specifying on a blank sheet the following information: order number, your customer references and the reference of the returned items. REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be made within 14 days from the date of reception of the returned products. Reimbursement of the paid amounts for returned items will be made, depending on the method of payment of items, by crediting the bank account linked to the credit card used for payment.

RETURN CASES

Return for refund You want to return one or more products for refund. You must log in to your account and follow the return procedure available in the order history section. This request must be registered and validated within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. We will refund within 14 days the exact amount corresponding to all returned products. Exchange We only make refunds. If you wish to exchange a product, you will have to request a refund of the product within 14 days of receipt and place a new order.

GUARANTEE IN THE EVENT OF HIDDEN DEFAULTS AND DEFECTS

We guarantee all our products for a period of two years against defaults and hidden defects. LYS & DHEER products are manufactured in the concern of offering the highest quality. We certify the conformity of all our product to their descriptions. Gems and leathers are of natural origins and may have a slight variation of colour which does not constitute a defect. The two years’ warranty is for normal use. It does not cover use due to wear. Normal use does not include any breakage or deformation resulting from an accidental circumstance or the result of an impact or use that is not in accordance with the instructions provided. In case of default or hidden defect, we will have your product examined to identify the origin of the concern. If the defect comes from our responsibility, we will support the repair or exchange of the product concerned. Beyond two years from the invoice date, any defect that has not been reported before cannot be covered by this guarantee.
