DELIVERY PERIOD

Delivery periods in metropolitan France: Your order will be shipped via the Colissimo carrier in standard shipment against signature to your address or the selected point of withdrawal (depending on the choice filled in during your order). Your package will be sent to you within 3 business days for all orders placed before 3 pm (excluding weekends and bank holidays) and within 4 business days following the confirmation of your order for orders placed after 3 pm (excluding weekends and weekends).

Delivery periods in Europe: Your order will be sent by the Colissimo carrier in standard shipment against signature to the address indicated.
Your package will reach its destination within 3 to 5 business days for nearby Europe and within 3 to 7 business days for more distant destinations. Any additional costs arising from the customs rule of non-EU countries cannot be covered by LYS & DHEER.

RETURN & REIMBURSEMENT 

Return for refund

Your reimbursement request should be registered on your customer account in the section “make a return” or by email at client@lysdheer.com within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
We will refund within 14 days the exact amount corresponding to all returned products.

Exchange
For exchange, thank you to contact us at client@lysdheer.com
We will send you the exchange form and will precise how to return your product with ease !

REIMBURSEMENT
  • Your products should be returned in perfect condition, complete, in their original box and accessories : jewel case, warranty certificate, travel pouch, …
  • The reimbursement is for the exclusive benefit of the initial purchaser on the means of payment used for the initial purchase.
  • It may take up to 14 days to process a refund from receipt of the returned product.
  • Refunds will be made within 14 days from the date of reception of the returned products. Reimbursement of the paid amounts for returned items will be made, depending on the method of payment of items, by crediting the bank account linked to the credit card used for payment.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT

Option 1
Log on to the lysdheer.com website, in the “My Account” and then “Make a return” a document to be printed will be downloaded. The follow the procedure indicated on the document.

The return slip previously completed online and printed must be slipped into the package in order to identify the order.

Ship the package with the carrier of your choice at the address mentioned on the form.

Please, keep preciously your proof of expedition until you receive a confirmation email that we receive your package.

Option 2
Send us an email at client@lysdheer.com with your name and the number of your order to inform us about your products return.

Then you can simply return your products specifying on a blank sheet the following information: order number, your name and your choice between reimbursement or exchange.
Ship the package with the carrier of your choice at the following address :

You don’t find your size on the model your wish ?

We offer you the size adjustment when ordering.

To benefit of this service, please send us an email at client@lysdheer.com. We will specify you the delivery delay and how to make your order.

WE GUARANTEE YOUR PRODUCT  
  • We guarantee all our products for a period of two years against defaults and hidden defects.
  • LYS & DHEER products are manufactured in the concern of offering the highest quality.
  • We certify the conformity of all our product to their descriptions. Gems and leathers are of natural origins.
  • In case of default or hidden defect, we will have your product examined to identify the origin of the concern. If the defect comes from our responsibility, we will support the repair or exchange of the product concerned.
